Boundary Survey

Historical records are researched and fieldwork is performed to accurately establish parcel boundaries, followed by clear, reliable documentation for your records.

Topographic Surveys

Existing site conditions and surrounding properties are surveyed to capture vertical elevations and critical features needed for design and grading.

Tree Surveys

Trees are measured, tagged, identified, and located in accordance with governing agency requirements. Once field data is collected, a detailed Tree Survey plan sheet is prepared and provided.

Construction Staking

Using design files, construction improvements are precisely identified and staked in the field, with cut sheets provided when required.

ALTA/NSPS Surveys

Field data collection and record research are completed to meet ALTA/NSPS requirements, followed by the preparation of a certified survey in accordance with industry standards.

Condominium Documents

Complete condominium subdivision plans are prepared to meet master deed requirements. Plan sets typically include a cover sheet, survey plan, site plan, utility plan, building floor plan, and specialty sheets such as sections and floodplain information.

Drawings are produced clearly and in compliance with recording standards, including easements, encroachments, boundary bearings and distances, curve data, benchmarks, adjacent properties and waterways, and designated expansion areas for future development. Coordinate systems meet applicable Michigan Compiled Laws and Public Act requirements.
