A high-tech service provider selected the Umlor Group to provide engineering, entitlement, and construction survey services for its newest project in Wayne County, Michigan. The client entrusted Umlor Group to shepherd its new state-of-the-art facility through the approval process to accommodate the region’s prospering business and technology communities.
The project is located in VanBuren Township’s Office Technology district which allows High Tech, Data Processing, and Computer Centers. The Umlor Group provided surveying, consulting, and engineering services to rezone the property from C-1, General Business District to OT, Office Technology District. The project included construction of a 25,000 square foot building in Phase 1 with 3 additional phases of 25,000 square feet each for a total of 100,000 square feet.
The Umlor group worked closely with the client and outside consultants to ensure the project would meet the technical requirements and business goals for our client.

Date: Final approvals were perfected May 2019. The building was built in 2019 and received its first certificate of occupancy in Spring 2020
