OUR APPROACH
We are able to review available project information and make recommendations regarding the feasibility of a development. In order to do this, we review: Third party environmental reports to make recommendations regarding practical execution of remediation plans and Third party geotechnical reports to understand the costs and other implications of unsuitable soils or groundwater.
Following this, the applicable municipal zoning ordinance and applicable master land use plan are both considered in order to form development strategies and schedule. We also consider the legal constraints that accompany a project such as deed restrictions or easements to make sure that things are able to move forward as scheduled. We also evaluate the following site conditions: topography, woodlands and wetlands, utility connection points.
