We are pleased to announce the final approval of the Scenic Pines Estates residential development located in the City of Novi.

Scenic Pines is a wonderful opportunity for the Umlor Group’s client to develop a unique property with significant natural features.

The City of Novi “One-Family Clustering Option” ordinance provides the framework to permit design innovation that will permanently protect the abundant natural resources located on the property. The property measures 9.45 Acres and is located on the south side of Pembine Road near Walled Lake. The development was approved for (25) twenty-five single family detached homes under the Clustering Option of the Novi Zoning Ordinance.

The Umlor Group provided survey, engineering, entitlement and permitting services for the project. We are engaged to continue providing land development services as the development proceeds.
