Uptown on First consists of eight luxury townhomes located in the R-5 Uptown zoning district of the City of Brighton. The project included a 300’ utility extension, demolition of existing structures, an underground stormwater management system, overhead utility relocations, and relocation of municipal storm lines.
The Innovant Group wanted to make an impact with their first project in the heart of Brighton. These stylish townhomes include roof top decks overlooking Mill Pond.
