When Schulist Builders needed civil engineering and survey services they turned to the Umlor Group to ensure that their 23-homesite development, spanning 17-acres, would be shovel-ready when they were ready to break ground. The development not only required EGLE, Oakland County, and Commerce Township approvals but Schulist trusted the Umlor Group to handle negotiations to reconfigure a gas easement which allowed the project to move forward.
