We are proud to announce the approval of the Bluffs at Spring Hill in Brighton, Michigan, where we provided engineering, surveying, and land development services. The development is located off the east side of Spring Mountain Drive, approximately 1.5 miles from downtown Brighton, providing a prime location for future residents of the property. The site was approved for 70 single family age-targeted residences ranging from 1,800 square feet to 2,800 square feet. The property measures 28.94-acres of undeveloped woodlands on picturesque rolling typography. The project also features:

  • 2,800 linear feet of private road
  • A private stormwater management system
  • Publicly owned sanitary and water systems
  • Sideways for pedestrian circulation
  • Optional sunrooms and extended garages offered

All homes within the Bluffs at Spring Hill will be equipped with fire suppression systems recommended by the Brighton Fire department and a new water booster station will replace the existing Nelson Water Booster station on Hillcrest Avenue. The City of Brighton booster station project will benefit the surrounding community and the fees associated with the Bluffs at Spring Hill will be pre-paid in order to fund this water system upgrade.

The project includes 33% open space which will buffer the development just adjacent of the property. Additionally, landscape buffers measuring at a minimum of 30-feet are proposed between the lots and adjacent property lines.

The Bluffs at Spring Hill is expected to break ground this summer and we will continue to provide services throughout the development and construction phases.
