Scenic Pines Estates, Novi, Michigan

We are please to announce the final approval of the Scenic Pines Estates residential development located in Novi, Michigan in May 2020. Scenic Pines is a wonderful opportunity for the Umlor Group’s client to develop a unique property with significant natural features.

The City of Novi’s “One-Family Clustering Option” ordinance provides the framework to permit design innovation that will permanently protect the abundant natural resources located on the property. The property measures 9.45-acres and is located on the south side of Pembine Road near Walled Lake. The development was approved for twenty-five single-family detached homes under the Clustering Option of the Novi Zoning Ordinance.

We provided survey, engineering, entitlement, and permitting services for the project, and it is expected to break ground Spring 2021. The Umlor Group will continue to provide land development services as the project proceeds.
