The Umlor Group is proud to announce two new approvals in southeast Michigan last week, both unanimously approved by each of the townships on Monday, August 10.

The Canton Township PDD zoning ordinance provided the framework to permit design flexibility which allowed us to incorporate significant open space and preserve the natural buffers.
