Yatooma Oil Retail Campus is a 4.2 acre multi-use commercial development located at Mound road and 19 Mile Road in the City of Sterling Heights. The proposed improvements include a proposed convenience store and gas station, retail building and a medical/office building. The Umlor Group performed all the survey work including topo and boundary surveys, engineering design, and assisted our client in obtaining the required permit and City site plan approvals. The proposed improvements required coordination with the Macomb County Department of Roads as Mound Road is proposed to be widened across the frontage of the Site. The improvements include extension of the public water main system as well as a proposed underground storm water detention system designed to meet to meet Macomb County requirements. The outlet is proposed to be constructed via jack and bore method to maintain Mound Road during construction.
