Third-Party Recruiters
We appreciate your interest in partnering with The Umlor Group to support our hiring efforts. We work with a select group of third-party recruiting firms and require all recruiters to complete a pre-approval process before engaging with our team.
Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we limit our recruiting partnerships to firms that align closely with our needs. Our focus is on professionals within civil engineering, land development, and surveying. We prioritize working with recruiters who understand our industry, have strong networks within our field, and are familiar with the markets we serve.
By maintaining a core group of trusted recruiting partners, our internal team and hiring managers are able to build strong working relationships and more effectively identify candidates who are the right fit for our organization.
Pre-Approval Process
To be considered for pre-approved recruiter status, please email your information to info@umlorgroup.com and include the following:
- Company name and website
- Professions and industries you specialize in
- Geographic areas you serve
- Any specialized recruiting services or niche expertise
All submissions will be reviewed, and a member of our team will follow up as appropriate. Please note that submission of this information does not guarantee approval. If there is an opportunity to move forward, we will initiate discussions regarding a formal vendor agreement.
Recruiting Agreements
All approved recruiting partners must have a current, signed vendor agreement in place with The Umlor Group prior to submitting candidates or being eligible for placement fees. Agreements must be active and executed within one year of any candidate submission. The Umlor Group does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters. Any candidate information submitted without an active agreement in place will be considered property of The Umlor Group, and no placement fee will be owed.
Vendor agreements are reviewed annually and may be renewed at the discretion of The Umlor Group. Continued partnerships are based on performance, including the quality and success of candidate placements.
