Jillian Benaglio, P.E. is an Engineering Manager with nearly 12 years of experience in civil engineering across industrial, commercial, and residential developments. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.
Throughout her career, Jillian has successfully led projects for both public and private sector clients, guiding developments from initial entitlements and design through construction completion. She is experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and delivering practical, cost-effective solutions that keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Outside of work, Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and her golden retriever. In her free time, she can often be found playing racquet sports, baking, or enjoying quality time with family.
