City of Wixom - Wainstock Parking Lot
The Umlor Group provided engineering and survey services for municipal parking lot improvements in the City of Wixom. The project included demolition of the existing parking facilities and adjacent roadway. Approximately 1,100 feet of public sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer were replaced as part of the project, along with the installation of approximately 8,000 square yards of paving, 1,300 feet of curb, and 7,100 square feet of sidewalk. In addition, the project included electric vehicle charging stations, streetlights, a modern trash enclosure, and adjacent public street potholing at existing stations in support of the improvements. The Umlor Group provided full-service design, survey, and inspection services to the City of Wixom throughout the project.• SCOPE OF WORK
