Legacy Estates Septics

Legacy Estates is a large-lot development consisting of 55 units in Genoa Township. The Umlor Group performed and observed more than 300 soil test pits in coordination with the Health Department, with soil conditions ranging from clay to coarse sand. The property features significant grade changes, with slopes exceeding 30%. Each unit’s septic area was graded and sized to meet Health Department code requirements. Individual lot layouts were prepared showing cut-and-fill requirements for the septic systems, ensuring each lot could be properly prepared as required.
