An engineered septic design was required for this existing single-family home due to limited space and poor soil conditions. An Eljen pretreated drop trench system was proposed to address these constraints. The drop trench system allowed the existing grade to remain unchanged. The design avoided the existing water service line and minimized the number of trees removed.
