ICP Parcel B

Industrial Commercial Properties approached The Umlor Group to perform survey services for the redevelopment of a 78-acre parcel in the City of Wixom, formerly part of the Ford plant. The Umlor Group provided a full topographic survey and ALTA boundary survey of the site. A drone survey was conducted over the open areas of the site to generate the necessary topographic data, saving the client valuable time and cost. Conventional survey methods were utilized within the wooded portions of the site to locate utilities and complete the boundary survey. ICP Parcel B has been completed, and The Umlor Group is now performing additional ALTA and topographic survey services for ICP at its Hilltop Street site in St. Joseph, Michigan, which consists of more than 26 acres of improved industrial property.
