Bluffs at Spring Hill

The Bluffs at Spring Hill is a residential development located in the City of Brighton. The project consisted of a planned unit development (PUD) on a nearly 29-acre parcel for the construction of 70 single-family, ranch-style homes. The Umlor Group provided full boundary, topographic, and tree survey services; land planning; engineering design; preparation of construction documents; assistance with acquiring all required permits; and construction survey layout services. The project included over 2,800 feet of public PVC sanitary sewer, 3,500 feet of public ductile iron water main, and 4,500 feet of storm sewer, including a stormwater quality treatment unit and detention system.
