The Corners at Cherry Glen is a proposed two-phase residential development located in Macomb Township at 23 Mile Road and Heydenreich Road. The first phase includes 44 new residential units; over 2,000 feet of new public roadway under the jurisdiction of the Macomb County Department of Roads; 2,500 feet of new public ductile iron water main; 2,800 feet of new 10-inch public sanitary sewer; and a new stormwater management system designed in accordance with Macomb County standards. The Umlor Group prepared the topographic and ALTA surveys and engineering design; easement exhibits for the public utilities, the Zander Drain, and the proposed right-of-way dedication; and will provide construction layout services for the underground utilities, paving, and grading upon commencement of construction.• SCOPE OF WORK
