City of Ecorse - Pepper Park Parcel Combination
The City of Ecorse proposed improvements to Pepper Park, located at West Outer Drive and Pepper Road. As part of these improvements, a boundary survey and parcel combination exhibits were prepared and provided to the City. The parcel combination was required to secure approval of grant funding necessary for the proposed park improvements, including the construction of a new splash pad. In addition, lot lines were staked for the construction of a privacy fence between the park and adjacent residential properties.• SCOPE OF WORK
