Kensington Ridge is a multi-phase, master-planned development consisting of 830 units in Milford Township. The Umlor Group provided survey services for the 350-acre project, including ongoing construction layout, and delivered entitlement management services to secure project approvals. Phase 1 includes more than 15,500 linear feet of new gravity sanitary sewer, 1,900 linear feet of force main sanitary sewer, 17,800 linear feet of water main, and 31,000 linear feet of storm sewer, including associated structures. In addition, the phase includes 66,000 square yards of HMA paving and 44,000 linear feet of curb, most of which will be public roadway under the jurisdiction of the Road Commission for Oakland County.• SCOPE OF WORK
