Maple Glen Condominium

Maple Glen is a 12-unit condominium development currently under construction in the City of Wixom. The Umlor Group provided full survey and design services for the site development and prepared complete site and engineering plans in accordance with City standards. The project includes extending the existing dead end of Castlewood Court through to Maple Road, as well as extending the public sanitary sewer system to serve the proposed units and completing the water main loop from the existing dead end on Castlewood Court to the existing main on Maple Road. This extension not only provides service to the proposed units but also increases redundancy within the City’s water system. The project includes approximately 630 linear feet of 8-inch public PVC sanitary sewer and 1,040 linear feet of 8-inch public ductile iron water main. The Umlor Group is currently assisting with construction layout as the project progresses.
