Northville Glades

Northville Glades is a 48-unit townhome development in Northville Township. The Umlor Group conducted a tree survey in accordance with Township regulations. A total of 400 regulated trees were tagged and identified, with 50% designated for preservation. The Umlor Group demonstrated how the proposal aligns with the Township’s Master Plan goals and current development trends. The project included approximately 1,200 linear feet of new public 8-inch sanitary sewer, nearly 1,600 linear feet of public 8-inch water main, and over 2,000 linear feet of storm sewer, along with corresponding stormwater detention facilities. Additionally, The Umlor Group performed the property survey and prepared a proposed site plan demonstrating compliance with zoning district regulations. In addition to providing full-service design and survey services, The Umlor Group also prepared easement documents, condominium documents, and ALTA certification for this multi-parcel project.
