Romulus Trade Center

The Umlor Group provided construction staking services for a multi-building industrial campus in Romulus. Romulus Trade Center is located just north of Detroit Metro Airport and consists of six separate buildings. The Umlor Group worked with multiple general contractors and subcontractors on each building throughout the development process. The Rosenworth Drain relocation was a significant undertaking during the early phases of the project, along with construction of large off-site regional stormwater detention basin systems completed during Buildings 1 through 3. The scale of Romulus Trade Center demonstrates The Umlor Group’s broad ability to execute large-scale projects in demanding conditions and collaborate effectively across multiple trades. The Umlor Group completed construction staking services ranging from tree clearing and mass grading to foundation layout, fine grading, roadway and curb staking, and environmental relocations.
