Yatooma Oil Retail Campus is a commercial development located at Gratiot Avenue and Hall Road in Macomb Township. Plans included the construction of a new gas station, convenience store, and additional retail facilities. The design included extension of the public water main and public sanitary sewer to service the property. To install the sanitary sewer beneath Gratiot Avenue, the proposed sewer was constructed using a jack-and-bore method to maintain traffic flow throughout the construction process. Because both roads fronting the site fall under MDOT jurisdiction, review and approval of the drive approaches and stormwater system were obtained through MDOT.• SCOPE OF WORK
